Our organisation collects data and information for evaluation purposes which may include the collection of your personal information.
Any evaluation outcomes or reports do not identify individuals, unless you give your prior verbal or preferably written consent.

If you are under 18, we might need permission from a parent / guardian, but we will talk to you about this when you first engage with our services.
