What to Expect: 
When you arrive at the Dog Exercise Area, look out for the Blue Leaf sign. You will be greeted by a Blue Leaf staff member (Bec, Bronte or Leilani). You will then sign yourself in (Name, Age, Pronouns) and will be introduced to the group. You do not need to show any tickets on arrival. It is a very casual setting where you are responsible for your own dog. 

Note: Please bring only well-socialised, well-behaved dogs. This event is in a public space, so you attend and bring pets at your own risk. Blue Leaf Initiative is not responsible for any pets, people present, or incidents. Be sure to bring water and a leash.

This hour and a half is designed for you to enjoy good food, mindful conversation, and some gentle guidance on how to prioritise your wellbeing in the year ahead.

Join us to learn or share a new skill and connect with the community at our Skill Sharing Workshop! This workshop will give participants the opportunity to be able to learn a new skill, such as crochet, DJ and origami, and to share a skill with others 😊💙.

Got a topic you’re passionate about? Or maybe something quirky you’d love to share? Join us for PowerPoint Night and present it to the group!

Bring a presentation of your choice on a USB—whether it’s informative, funny, or just plain random. It’s a fun, relaxed evening where you can showcase your interests, learn something new, and enjoy some good company. Don’t have a presentation to share? Why not lean in to your early childhood days and bring something else for a classic show and tell!

There will be a series of questions you will answer in pairs to connect with new people and bond over the books you like. 

Note: This is a speed-friending event, there is NO romantic dating involved. 

Bring your favourite board games, or dive into our collection—we’ve got plenty to choose from! It’s the perfect way to unwind, meet new people, and enjoy some good old-fashioned fun.

Every Wednesday evening, from 6th November to 11th December, we’ll meet at Koolambidi Woola (Skate Park) for a refreshing walk that’s perfect for all fitness levels. It’s a great way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with others in the community.
