The Talk N Walk initiative by @natureplaywa encourages students to decompress in ways we know work: spending time outdoors, physical movement, and talking with a friend.

We LOVE this initiative and the benefits of walking and talking is great for mental health wellbeing. If you haven’t already, get your school to jump on board.
